【制法】
取国家批准的菌种，接种于苏通马铃薯培养基上，培养1～2代，移种于改良苏通综合培 养基，置37℃静止培养8～10周。将培养物加热杀菌，滤过，收集滤液，用三氯醋酸与饱和硫酸铵法或 其他适宜方法进行提纯，除菌滤过，经检定合格后稀释，分装制成。
【性状】
本品为无色澄明液体。
【检查】
照《中国生物制品规程》规定的方法检查如下项目。 pH值 应为6.8～7.4。 苯酚 应为0.25％～0.50％(g/ml)。 异常毒性 取本品，依法检查，应符合规定。 无菌 取本品，依法检查，应符合规定。
【效价测定】
照《中国生物制品规程》规定的方法测定。每1ml含卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物应为40～60 国际单位。
