Methods According to the size and shap of defect of alae nasi,nasolabial transposition flaps were designed to repair the defect,the doner defect of the flap was closed primarily.

Methods: Through retrospecting and analysing the procedure of reconstructing ala nasi defect in 11 cases, to summarize the designing method and treating effect of repairing ala nasi defect by nasolabial sulcus flap.
