紫瑶山
紫瑶山，位于江西省泰和县境东部，海拔906米，是泰和的旅游胜地之一。
《太平寰宇记》称系以王子排跨鹤来云游而得名，但众多的传说是因王子瑶而得名。传说西晋永嘉年间，华阳王子瑶弃官隐居于此。开初在黄茅岗上筑坛设樵启簿，因他修道甚虔诚，感动了白鹤，鹤群飞集在黄茅岗上。朝廷惊闻此事，赐其庐曰"白鹤观"。不久，王子瑶把醮坛由黄茅岗移至义册，从此致力于读经修道炼丹，四十如一日。王子瑶仙逝后，乡民为纪念他，把义山改名为"王山"，又称"子瑶山"
至宋代，朝廷太史张瑶山慕仰匡山风光，以自号瑶子改山名，并冠以象征吉祥和权势的"紫"字，自此，紫瑶山之名沿称至今。
清代会元张贞生隐居紫瑶山，著有《唾居随录》四卷，卷中有这样的记载："岩穴麻山之珍，奇山呈山之气，异洞隐山之情，亭台楼馆纳游子以解乏，茅屋陋室展狂客之志趣，………"每逢酷暑盛夏，若邀几们知己，上山幽居几日，既可领略它的自然风光，又可抖落尘劳、怡性养神，体验一番古代隐士们的隐居生活，那趣自然妙不可言。
神奇秀美的紫瑶山，以其独特的姿韵，吸引着众多的文人墨客前往游览。
