药理作用： 为抗毒血清，用蛇毒免疫马血浆制成。它可与相应的蛇毒产生特异性免疫反应，以中和蛇毒，达到解毒效果。
适应症： 用于治疗眼镜蛇咬伤。
用量用法： 皮下、肌内或静脉注射：每次2000u，儿童与成人剂量相同。
注意事项：
1.可引起血清过敏反应、发热、荨麻疹、胸闷、气短、恶心、呕吐等。
2.注射前应做皮试（用20倍稀释液）。过敏反应者，注射前先进行脱敏，并给以抗过敏药、肾上腺素、或肾上腺皮质激素。
3.静注时加40ml的25%-50%葡萄糖或生理盐水缓注（每分钟不超过4ml），注射过程中应密切注意血清过敏反应，如出现异常，立即停止注射，并滴注氢化可的松或地塞米松。
4.25℃以下（最好2℃-10℃）暗处保存。
