肝门区分离结扎血管切肝法
hepatectomy by exclusion of portal vessels

  又称“Glisson法”。指在肝门区解剖出通向病侧肝脏的血管和胆管,予以结扎切断,然后将病肝切除的手术方式。此为规则性肝切除术的一种方法。操作较为复杂,手术时间较长。近年来,出现了采用术中B超引导直接通过肝实质预先结扎、切断供应,切除肝段、肝叶或半肝的血管和胆管,然后切除相应的肝组织。较前一种手术更为简便、省时、出血少且相对安全。
