nucleated erythrocyte;erythroblast
处于成熟过程中的红细胞。正常人末梢血中只有成熟的无核红细胞。有核红细胞均存在于骨髓中。若末梢血出现有核红细胞，多表示红细胞系统增生活跃。新生儿或未成熟儿末梢血中可见少量；溶血性贫血、巨幼红细胞贫血时很易见到有核红细胞。造血系统恶性疾病，特别是红白血病时，末梢血中常可见到较多的有核红细胞。
