轮状病毒肠炎
rotavirus enteritis
由轮状病毒侵袭肠黏膜引起的炎症病变。轮状病毒是引起“秋季腹泻”的主要病毒，其多发于秋季，以10～11月份为高潮。临床特点为起病急，早期出现呕吐，多合并上呼吸道感染症状，发热，腹胀明显，大便为水样、稀薄、色淡，有时呈白色米汤样或蛋花汤样，黏液少，少有腥臭味。镜检脓细胞很少见，脱水征较明显，抗生素治疗无效，多在5～7日内自然痊愈。
