短肠综合征
short bowel syndrome
是指由于手术切除大段小肠而引起的一种吸收不良综合征。临床可分为二期①急性反应期，在切除大段小肠的初期，所有的营养物质吸收低于正常。可有显著的体重减轻、乏力、倦怠、衰弱等，钙镁的吸收不良可以加重衰弱，并出现手足搐搦。维生素K吸收不良可引起凝血障碍，表现为紫癜和全身性出血倾向及脂溶性维生素缺乏。②慢性期，如果能安全渡过急性反应期，病情进入慢性期。其症状取决于切除部位。十二指肠切除后，钙、铁吸收不良，可引起相应的贫血和骨质软化，而远端切除可引起腹泻、脂肪泻，维生素B12吸收不良等。早期治疗应及时补足水和电解质，静脉内给予高营养；后期应控制腹泻，剩余小肠功能出现代偿，即可逐渐进食以代替静脉内营养疗法。
