赤游丹
赤游丹 病名。小儿丹毒之类型。出《疮疡经验全书》卷七，多因患儿于胎中受热所致。证见：欲发之时，患儿先有身热啼叫，惊搐不宁，烦躁哭闹，继则可见肌肤渐生赤晕，皮肤赤肿，由小而渐大，色如涂丹之状，游走不定。先发于胸腹腰背，渐渐流散于四肢者为顺；若先起于四肢，并蔓延入胸腹者则为逆。治宜清热解毒，可先后内服大连翘饮，消毒犀角地黄饮。外治：传统方法先宜局部砭放恶血，或以牛、羊肉切成薄片贴敷红晕处，微干即换，以保持其湿润，换至肉片湿润不干时，以如意金黄散调合蓝靛汁敷贴。参见丹毒、小儿丹毒条。
