累积胚胎评分
根据每个胚胎形态学的分级评分，如Ⅰ级评分4分，Ⅱ级3分，Ⅲ级2分，Ⅳ级为1分乘以分裂球数，并将各个移植胚胎的评分相加，结果为累积胚胎评分；如移入胚胎共3个，每个胚胎含4个分裂球，其中1个形态学为Ⅰ级，无碎片，另2个为Ⅱ级，各含10%碎片，CES为4×4＋2(4×3)＝40分。胚胎移植后是否能够着床的影响因素很多，主要是子宫内膜发育和移植的胚胎数量和质量，质量包括了分裂的速度及形态学。移植时分裂到4细胞或以上为正常，形态看分裂球是否均匀，透亮无碎片，为最佳。CES代表了上述的总和。如CES≥40，临床妊娠成功率明显＜40者。
