[Objective] To discuss the effective mechanism of Sitian acupoints prescription in treating disease of vertebrae cervicales of rats through observing IL-1β,iNOS,COX-2 and MMP-3 expression change.
[目的]通过观察"四天穴"针方对动静力失衡性颈椎病模型大鼠椎间盘外周炎性因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、环氧酶-2(COX-2)及中性蛋白多糖酶(MMP-3)表达的影响,探讨其对颈椎病大鼠椎间盘退变的作用机制。

The four-probe method has been used to measure the magnetoresistance effect of this system in different magnetic fields.
利用磁控溅射制备了不同非磁性层厚度的Fe/Cr多层磁性薄膜系统,利用四探针法测定了该多层膜系统在不同磁场下磁电阻效应,用饱和场法给予佐证,溅射制备的多层膜系统饱和场明显地随Cr层厚度增加而衰减振荡,得出了Fe/Cr多层膜的铁磁反铁磁耦合的交换耦合强度随非磁性层厚度变化的物理规律。
