用料
金针菜60克，冰糖60克，大米100克，黄酒100毫升。
制法
①将金针菜用清水泡发，洗净，切成小块；将冰糖捣碎；大米淘洗干净，备用。
②锅内加水适量，放入大米、金针莱块煮粥，熟后调入冰糖末，搅匀，兑入黄酒即成。
用法
每日1剂，分2-3次服完，连服7-10天。
功效
金针菜有止血、消炎、利尿、健胃、安神等功效。黄酒有补血养颜、舒筋活血等功效。
适应症
腰肌劳损所致的腰腿痛。
