适应症： 本品试用于治疗急慢性肾功能衰竭、肾病综合征、狼疮性肾炎、肝肾综合征等并发的高钾血症。
用量用法：
口服：成人每次１５－３０ｇ，事先可用水调匀，每日服１－２次或遵医嘱。儿童参考剂量每天按每千克体重１ｇ计算。直肠给药：每次３０ｇ，每日１－２次，用水或２０％甘露醇１００－２００ｍｌ混匀后作高位保留灌肠。
注意事项：
1.不良反应轻微，少数病人可发生轻度恶心、呕吐、血压升高、便秘等症状。 2.有严重高血压及心力衰竭者慎用。 3.治疗期间应经常测定血钾水平，避免血钾过低，血钾降至４．５ｍＥｑ／Ｌ时即应停药。
