白芷(dahurian angelica)

伞形科当归属的一个种,学名Angelica dahurica (Fishch.) Benth.et Hook.,多年生草本植物。分布于中国黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、山西、河北等省(自治区)。中国北方多有栽培,主产河南和河北等省。南方地区多有栽培,主产四川和浙江等省。

白芷株高1-2.5m。根粗大、长圆锥形,茎粗壮,圆柱形,中空,常带紫色,有纵沟纹。茎下部叶羽状分裂,有长柄。茎上部叶有显著膨大的囊状鞘。复伞形花序,花小,白色。双悬果扁平,花期6月至7月,果期7月至9月。

喜温和湿润,能耐寒。适宜在疏松肥沃的沙质壤土中栽培。整地时结合施足基肥,深翻约30cm,作成宽1-2m的平畦或高畦。用种子繁殖,采取直播,不宜移栽。播种期在8月下旬至9月初,穴播按行株距35×15-20cm开穴;条播按行距35cm开浅沟,将种子均匀播下,然后盖薄土。穴播每公顷用种量约11kg,条播22kg。穴播每穴留1-3株,条播每隔10-15cm留1株。苗期不宜追施过多氮肥,营养生长期应多追肥,并适当增施磷钾肥,见有提前抽薹的植株及时拨除。病虫害有斑枯病Septoria dearnessii、根结线虫病Meloidogyne sp.;黄凤蝶Papilio machaon、棉红蜘蛛及蚜虫等。栽培一年后即可收获。每公顷可收干货3.75-6.00t。

白芷根含呋喃香豆素为主的10种香豆素,味辛,性温。有祛风散湿、消肿、排脓、止痛的功能。用于风寒感冒头痛、牙痛、鼻渊、白带、痈疖肿毒等症。
