disseminated histoplasmosis
组织胞浆菌病临床类型之一。是由荚膜组织胞浆菌所引起的，以侵犯网状内皮系统或肺部为主的深部真菌病。另有一种非洲型是由杜氏组织胞浆菌所致，以累及皮肤或骨骼为主，而不侵犯肺部。约半数患者为儿童，6个月至2岁者发病率最高，而多为本病。本病婴幼儿易得，有显著的全身症状如发热、寒战、咳嗽、疲倦、乏力、呼吸困难、胸痛、腹痛、头痛、消瘦、腹泻、大便带血。病程急缓不一。多有肝、脾及淋巴结肿大、低色素性贫血。部分儿童有皮肤黏膜损害。本型预后不良，死亡率很高。
