Methods The levels of serum IGF-Ⅰ(with IRMA),TGF-α(with RIA) and CA125(with magnetic microparticle chemiluminescent immunoassay) were measured in thirty-five patients with ovarian cancer,forty-two patients with benign ovarian tumor and thirty-eight controls.
方法:用免疫放射分析、放射免疫分析、磁微粒子免疫发光法,对35例卵巢癌患者、42例各类良性卵巢肿瘤患者、38例正常人血清IGF-Ⅰ、TGF-α、CA125进行测定,并动态观察了卵巢癌患者术后7d,术后30d血清IGF-Ⅰ、TGF-α、CA125的变化。

附睾良性肿瘤
病名。附睾肿瘤之一。常见的有附睾间质瘤、附睾平滑肌瘤。其次为纤维瘤、脂肪瘤、浆液性腺瘤、皮样囊肿、畸胎瘤、血管瘤、神经纤维瘤、硬胆脂瘤等。可发生于任何年龄，以20～45岁多见。多单发，常位于附睾尾部。生长缓慢，可有阴囊坠胀和隐痛。表现为附睾肿块，直径2cm以 下，表面光滑，边界清楚，与睾丸界线明显，圆形或月形，实质性，质韧，弹性感，无压痛。 部分质软而呈鞘膜积液。需手术切除肿瘤。预后良好。
