The both of H5 antibody and H9 antibody were detected by hemagglutination inhibition test in every two weeks.
结果表明HVK-2、SDYB、ZZZM三个试验组的H5抗体在免疫后的第2周达到4log2以上,CDJH和HVK-1两个试验组的H5抗体接近4log2,到第4周时,抗体滴度达到峰值,以后逐渐下降,而HVK-3试验组则几乎测不到H5抗体。
