  病 名。系因先天性肾上腺肥大伴C3β-羟脱氢酶缺乏影响睾丸酮生成,雄激素活性降低所致 。在轻度男性化患者脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)小部分在外周转变为睾丸酮。临床表现为男性外生殖 器正常分化不完全(会阴部尿道下裂)。血睾丸酮低和DHEA增高。治疗以内科为主。多死于婴 儿早期,如为部分缺损,可能生存。
