慢性粒细胞性白血病
chronic granulocytic leukemia,CML

慢性白血病中最常见的一种类型。起病缓慢,自发病到就诊时间多在半年至一年。临床表现除全身有低热、出汗及消瘦外,还有肝睥肿大、胸骨压痛、出血、淋巴结轻度至中度肿大等。部分可发生*慢粒急性变。可用*马利兰、环磷酰胺、羟基脲、琉嘌呤等药物联合治疗,以及放射治疗和手术脾切除等。
