性质:一种分光光度分析技术。以吸光度随波数改变的速度即导数dA/dv为纵坐标,波数为横坐标所记录的光谱图称做导数光谱。纵坐标可以是一次导数,也可以是二次导数。导数光谱的记录是基于光谱信号进行电子学上的对数变换。一次导数作图使吸收曲线形状大为不同,峰值相应导数为零。而二次导数作图同原吸收曲线相似,但谱带变窄。导数光谱不改变峰值位置,但可减弱背景对吸收谱带强度的影响。因此,它主要用来分开叠加在主吸收带上的小吸收带,适用于对小组分的分析。另外,两个能级相近的振动产生的宽谱带,用此法可以将其分开。导数光谱可用带有导数附件的分光光度计测定,也可用计算作图法绘制。
