1977年首次从子宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌中分离出来的一种分子量为48000的糖蛋白，有很高的特异性，是外阴、阴道、子宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌最有效和敏感的标志物。在化疗开始治疗2～3个月时，便可由血清SCE水平上升或下降得到病情变化的信息。
