不典型增生
atypical hyperplasia
正常细胞向恶性细胞转化过程中的一个阶段。是一种具有癌变潜能的癌前病变。在某些癌变过程中，一般均要经过单纯性增生、不典型增生和原位癌等阶段。因此不典型增生是指细胞分化偏离了正常规律，向恶性转变过程中的一种状态。一般将其分为两级，①轻度不典型增生是指不典型增生细胞所占厚度不超过上皮全层的1/2；②重度不典型增生是指不典型增生细胞厚度超过全层的1/2或达2/3。
