性质:利用肝细胞表面独特的无唾液酸糖蛋白受体定向地选择性地到达肝脏病变部位的药物。可避免或减少药物对非靶部位的作用,以消除或减轻毒副反应;可在病灶区浓集药物,以增强药物的药理作用。例如正定霉素(DNR)可以与接上了半乳糖末端残基的入血清白蛋白结合成肝靶向药物(DNR-Gal-HSA),用于肝癌的治疗,使70%的药物浓集在肝脏,降低药物的毒副反应。
