| 巩膜疾病 sclera，diseases of 巩膜是眼球壁的最外一层，由胶原和弹力纤维构成，不与外界直接接触，深层几无血管，故巩膜病变较少。巩膜病变以炎症为多。可分浅层和深层两种，病因多为全身性疾病，尤其是结缔组织疾病。病理特点为肉芽肿性改变，治疗主要是去除病因，局部和全身应用激素。 |
