| 下肢静脉曲张 lower extremity，varicose vein of 下肢浅静脉的静脉瓣功能不全，静脉壁薄弱和静脉内压力升高引起的浅静脉蜿蜒、扩张和迂曲的病理现象。初期患者有酸胀不适和疼痛，站立时明显，行走或平卧时消失。曲张静脉多分布于小腿后面、下部，并延伸到踝的外侧和足背。下肢浅静脉曲张的诊断不难。可用大隐静脉及小隐静脉瓣膜功能试验可靠地检测两种静脉瓣的功能。 单纯性下肢静脉曲张须与以下几种疾病鉴别：①下肢深静脉血栓形成；②动静脉瘘；③原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全。下肢静脉曲张的治疗可在下肢捆弹力绷带或穿弹力袜及抬高患肢；以上治疗无效时可手术治疗，高位结扎大隐或小隐静脉，剥脱大隐或小隐静脉，结扎功能不全的交通支 ；对剥脱不尽的曲张静脉可局部注射硬化剂如5％鱼肝油酸钠等。
