方法 利用无毛鼠动物模型模拟长期UV照射所致的皮肤光老化 ,采用病理组织切片制作技术 ,地衣红染色方法 ,40倍光镜观察真皮弹力纤维增生情况及生化分析方法测定真皮羟脯氨酸含量。

心内膜弹力纤维增生症
endocardial fibroelastosis
又名“心内膜硬化症”，其主要病理改变为心内膜下弹力纤维及胶原纤维增生，病变以左心室为主。多数于1岁以内发病。病因尚未完全明确，多数认为部分病例由病毒性心肌炎发展而来，此外，心内膜供血不足及缺氧很可能为发病的原因。主要临床表现为充血性心力衰竭，按症状的轻重缓急，可分为三型：①暴发型；②急性型；③慢性型。治疗主要应用洋地黄控制心力衰竭，一般效果较好，需长期服用，直到症状消失，X线、心电图恢复正常后1～2年方可停药。
