    产前、产时和产后的一段时期。此时期孕妇主要经历妊娠、分娩和产褥3个阶段,胎儿经历受精、细胞分裂、繁殖、 发育,从不成熟到成熟和出生后开始独立生活的复杂变化过程 。国际上对围产期规定有4种,中国沿用的一种为从妊娠满28周(即胎儿达到或超过体重1000克或身长35厘米)至产后一周。数据首先采用孕周(胎龄)计算,孕周不清者采用出生新生儿测得的体重,其次采用身长。
