银菊葛根粥
【来源】《食疗百味》
【原料】净银花30克，杭菊花15克，葛根25克，粳米50克，冰糖适量。
【制作】先将上三味药煎水，取汁去渣，与粳米煮粥，调入冰糖。
【用法】每日1-2次，温热服。
【疗效】清热解毒，佐以透疹。适用于麻疹出疹期。症见出疹、壮热烦渴，咳嗽，疹色鲜红或暗红，稍觉隆起，扪之碍手，舌质红赤，苔黄腻，脉洪数。
