【处方】
柴胡 300g 当归 300g 白芍 300g 白术（麸炒）300g 茯苓 300g 甘草 240g 牡丹皮 450g 桅子（姜炙）450g 薄荷 60g
【制法】
以上九味，粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀。另取生姜100g，煎液泛丸，干燥， 即得。
【性状】
本品为黄棕色的水丸；味甜。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品，置显微镜下观察：不规则分枝状团块无色，遇水合氯醛液 溶化；菌丝无色或淡棕色，直径4～6μm 。油管含黄色或棕黄色分泌物，草酸钙簇晶直 径18～32μm,存在于薄壁细胞中，常排列成行，或一个细胞中含有数个簇晶。草酸钙针 晶细小，长10～32μm,不规则地充塞于薄壁细胞中。纤维束周围薄壁细胞含草酸钙方晶 ，形成晶纤维。种皮石细胞黄色或淡棕色，多破碎，完整者长多角形、长方形或形状不 规则，壁厚。 (2) 取本品6g，研细，加乙醚10ml，密塞，超声处理15分钟，滤过，滤液挥干，残 渣加丙酮1ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取当归对照药材0.2g，同法制成对照药材溶 液。再取丹皮酚对照品，加丙酮制成每1ml 含1mg 的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色 谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述三种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以 环已烷－醋酸乙酯(10:1)为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯(365nm) 下检视。 供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点；喷以5％ 三 氯化铁乙醇溶液，供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。
【检查】
应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【功能与主治】
舒肝清热，健脾养血。用于肝郁血虚，肝脾不和，两胁胀痛，头 晕目眩，倦怠食少，月经不调，脐腹胀痛。
【用法与用量】
口服，一次6g，一日2 次。
【注意】
切忌气恼劳碌；忌食生冷油腻。
