侧脑室引流术

颅缝未闭的婴儿，当急性脑积水，颅内压高而影响呼吸循环时，可采用侧脑室穿刺，将脑脊液引出后，固定穿刺针，接上引流瓶，持续引流的方法。侧脑室引流术可减低颅内压。侧脑室引流时，引流瓶应固定于高于穿刺针15cm左右的位置，一般可保留10天至2周，必须保持引流通畅。对引流病人，应密切观察病情，加强护理。一切操作必须严格执行无菌操作。对前囟已闭合者穿刺部位取眉弓上11～13cm，正中旁线1～2cm处。
