短期焦虑诱发心理治疗(s hort一termanxiety一provoking psyehotherapy，STApp)一种帮助神经症病人对现存症状和人际关系的困难在短时间内获得解决的方法，于1956年在美国问世。治疗时每周见面一次，持续约45分钟左右，没有明确的访谈次数和日期规定，可延续数年，但多为3一4月，进行过12一16次的会面谈话。治疗一开始，须迅速建立协调关系，建立治疗性同盟，尽早产生移情。治疗者采用澄清、正视、提问等方法以诱发焦虑，使病人产生父母移情联想(P arent transferenceeonneetion)，从而产生新的行为态度，以更成熟的方法处理人际关系。在治疗中，要注意建立良好的医患互助关系。这种方法对神经症有治疗作用，并可有效地解决在生活中遇到的各种新的心理困难。 (徐云撰梁宝勇审)
