Paired X--ray micturating cystourethrography (MCU) and direct radionuclide cystography (DRC) were used to study 22 children with vesicoureteral reflux (VUR), observed for 27 times.

尿道造影
X线检查方法之一。采用自然排泄或逆行注射对比剂使尿道显影的检查方法。排泄性尿道造影是借助膀胱内对比剂(导管注入或静脉法排泄)于排尿时摄片；逆行注射法是采用一定浓度和剂量的水溶性碘对比剂经尿道外口注入，并捏紧尿道口，于透视或监视器观察下伺机摄片。因对比剂充盈方式不同，表现的尿道管腔形状也不尽相同。两种方法可配合使用。尿道造影一般用于男性，可显示尿道畸形，明确炎症或狭窄范围及程度，用于损伤的定位，也可用于前列腺病变时后尿道的观察。
