性质:又称五甲烯四氮唑,戊四唑,可拉佐,卡地阿佐。本品为白色结晶性粉末,味微苦,熔点57~60℃,溶于水、乙醇、氯仿和乙醚。性极稳定,不易被其他试剂破坏。毒性(大白鼠LD50,mg/kg体重)经口85±2,皮下62。用环己酮与叠氮酸反应制取。可用于急性传染病、麻醉药及巴比妥类药物中毒时引起的呼吸抑制、急性循环衰竭。可作中枢兴奋药(人用或兽用)。制剂有注射剂。不良反应为用量过大,易致惊厥。
