纵向压缩暴力使颈5～7椎体向前后左右裂开或粉碎，骨块可压迫脊髓或神经根。CT扫描可明确诊断。治疗主要是颅骨牵引，如骨块不能复位或有脊髓压迫者，作手术减压和前路融合术。
