   由微小隐孢子虫引起的寄生虫病。以厌食、腹痛、腹泻等为主要临床症状,偶有发热。多见于免疫力低下的人群或病人。该病由水源、动物或病人传播。患者小肠粘膜绒毛受虫体影响而萎缩,但治疗后可恢复。诊断依据粪便中检出卵囊。大蒜素治疗可能有效。
