| 肠梗阻 intestinal obstruction 肠内容物不能正常运行而引发的一组临床表现。其病因可分为3类：①机械性肠梗阻。如肠管先天发育异常，炎症狭窄、肿瘤、肠粘连、肠扭转、肠套叠、嵌顿疝等。②动力性肠梗阻。如腹膜炎、腹部手术刺激，腹膜后血肿或感染引起的麻痹性肠梗阻，慢性铅中毒引起的痉挛性肠梗阻。③血运性肠梗阻。较少见。如肠系膜血管栓塞引起的麻痹性肠梗阻。肠梗阻有急性和慢性、高位和低位之分，有完全与不完全性两种。典型的表现为腹痛、腹胀、呕吐、停止排气排便、痛有间歇、腹内肠鸣阵阵等，如发展为剧烈的持续性腹痛且时间过久，则会发生肠绞窄、肠坏死而危及生命。重症肠梗阻会引起水电解质紊乱、酸碱失衡、营养障碍及重要器官的损害，故治疗时不可忽视这一重要的病理改变。腹痛时不应使用镇痛剂以防掩盖真实病情。在保守治疗过程中应密切观察病情变化，不缓解者应尽量在肠坏死或休克发生之前手术治疗。 |
