【出处】《古今儿科临床应用效方》
【组成】生黄芪30克，升麻、防风各3克，郁李仁10克。
【功用】补气升提，润肠通便。
【主治】气虚下陷的小儿脱肛，这见经常脱肛，不能自收，便干燥，小便淡黄，不欲饮食，脉虚无力等。
【制法】上药研为粗末，置保暖杯中，用沸水适量冲泡，盖闷20分钟。频频代茶饮服。每日1剂。
【宜忌】因郁李仁润肠通便作用较强，故脾虚气陷而大便消薄者，可不用郁李仁，而加用枳壳10克。
【按语】小儿脱肛，多由气虚下陷、脾虚不摄而致。黄芪性甘、微温，功能补气升阳，是治疗中气下陷的要药。实验研究表明，它“有强壮作用，能使小白鼠增长体重和体力。对在体肠管能增加紧张度，增大收缩幅度。”升麻之性主升，能升提中气。防风为“风药中润剂”，亦有升阳升清之功，李东垣治脾胃气虚善用之。脾气虚者，运化失常，故常见便秘，大便努斥，易导致脱肛，故加郁李仁润肠通便。四味组成合理，其效亦佳。《小儿百病秘方》说：“本方能升提中气，药少力专。一般服药4～6剂可愈。”供参考。
