Objective: Through the comparative study of part HLA classⅡgene in Shanxi region between the gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and normal pregnancy group,we found the susceptibility genes and protective genes of GDM in Shanxi region.
目的通过对本地区妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes Mellitus ,GDM)组和正常妊娠组人群HLA-Ⅱ类基因的部分位点对比研究,发现山西地区人群GDM的易感基因和保护基因,从而在临床工作中指导易感基因型人群早期预防,早期干预,避免GDM和远期2型糖尿病的发生。
