· AIM: To study the advantages and disadvantages of the technique that handles the starting point of reamer movement to change the shape of corneal flap in laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK), so as to seek better shape of corneal flap and to offer new ideas for improvement of microkeratome.

烫面烙饸子
主料：面粉
辅料：牛肉馅、韭菜末、鸡蛋、姜末
调料：盐、料酒、鸡精、黄酱、花椒粉、炒芝麻、香油
烹制方法：
1、将牛肉馅放入器皿中，加入盐、黄酱、花椒粉、鸡精、芝麻、鸡蛋、料酒、香油、姜末顺着一个方向不停搅拌，加入韭菜末调制成馅待用；
2、将面粉入盆，沸水烫面，放凉后搓成条，揪剂子擀成大圆片，将每个圆片放在手中，放入馅，将皮的一面掀起，馅在中间两边合起，用小碗沿着半圆的边切下来，使饸子边整齐；
3、坐平锅点火，放入适量油，把?子放入锅中用小火烙至两面金黄色，倒入少许水加盖焖一下至熟即可。
特点：鲜嫩适口，馅香味美。
