当特异性IgG与靶细胞膜上的抗原决定簇结合成抗原抗体复合物时，其IgG的Fc段因变构而被活化。此时Fc段能同K细胞膜上的Fc受体结合，从而触发K细胞的活性使靶细胞受到损伤，细胞内成分向外漏出，最后导致靶细胞裂解。
