环状胰腺
属先天性畸形。是胚胎期背侧和腹侧胰芽的愈合位置不正常而将十二指肠降部环绕，压迫十二指肠，造成外因性梗阻。常合并先天性十二指肠闭锁和狭窄。临床表现轻者可无症状，重者于初次喂乳后即呕吐，呕吐物常含胆汁，偶为咖啡样物，可见上腹胀及胃肠蠕动波。X线钡餐检查可确诊。需手术治疗。
