方法4周内给大鼠腹腔注射DMN 12次制备肝硬化模型,成模后停止染毒,随机分为模型对照组、一贯煎组、黄芪汤组、茵陈蒿汤组、下瘀血汤组及小柴胡汤组,分别以生理盐水或相应药物灌胃给药2周;检测各组大鼠肝组织总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽-S转移酶(GST)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清肝功能、肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量的变化。

黄芪甲鱼汤
原料：甲鱼1000克、黄芪50克、生姜5克、葱5克。
调料：精盐8克、味精5克、黄酒20克。
操作：甲鱼煮时最好加入黄酒和姜片，这样能有效去除腥骚味。
①黄芪洗净，甲鱼宰洗干净斩段，生姜切片，葱切段。
②锅内加水烧开，加入少许黄酒、姜片、甲鱼块梢煮片刻，捞起待用。
③取炖盅一个，把处理好的甲鱼和黄芪放入干净炖盅内，假入黄酒、姜片、葱段炖3小时后，调入精盐、味精既成。
功效：黄芪性温、味甘，能补气升阳、固表止汗，是大补元气之药，适用于气虚衰弱、中气下陷、子宫脱垂等症之治疗。甲鱼性平味甘，可益气补虚、滋阴凉血，带用于治崩漏带下、脏腑虚损诸症。此汤有改善妇女因肝肾不足致气虚体弱、子宫脱垂之功效。
