性质:又称亚细亚酸,积雪草酸。针状结晶,高温(230~260℃,13.3Pa)时升华,熔点300~305℃,旋光度[α]D+51°(乙醇);熔点242~244℃,旋光度+53.9°(吡啶)。存在于龙脑香科植物龙脑香(Dry-obalanops aromatica Gaertn. f.)的树脂和挥发油中,也可由伞形科植物积雪草[Centellaasiatica (L.) Urb. ]中的积雪草苷水解而得。为积雪草制剂的三组分之一。该制剂有促进伤口愈合,刺激肉芽生长,促进表皮角质化,并有助于产生新的结缔组织的作用。用于治疗各种皮肤病灶(包括麻风、结核)及烫伤。
