【来源】
为落葵科植物藤三七的珠芽。
【植物形态】
藤三七 肉质小藤本。叶互生，肉质，卵圆形，长4～6厘米，宽4～5厘米，光滑无毛；叶柄短。叶腋生瘤块状珠芽，表面呈瘤状，绿色，直径约3～4厘米。长穗状花序腋生，长达20厘米，下垂；花小，绿色，花冠5瓣。 多为栽培。
【采集】
全年可采。
【性味】
微苦，温。
【功用主治】
滋补，壮腰膝，消肿散瘀。治腰膝痹痛，病后体弱，跌打损伤，骨折。
【用法与用量】
内服：炖鸡或炖猪肉，1～2两。外用：捣敷。
【选方】
治跌打扭伤：藤三七、鱼子兰、土牛膝、马茴香。捣敷患部。
