Methods percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty with stent was performed on 9 patients with RAS70% for hypertension or renal dysfunction, they all were renal atherosclerosis.
方法 对2003年3月至2004年10月我院9例(10例次)伴有高血压或肾功能不全的RAS≥70%患者(均为动脉粥样硬化狭窄)进行肾动脉腔内支架植入术(percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty with stent,PTRAS),观察手术对患者血压、肾功能的影响。

肾动脉经皮支架成形术
介入放射学技术。在狭窄的肾动脉内放置金属支架，以维持血管通畅性的介入治疗方法。对经皮经腔肾动脉成形术(PTRA)扩张后近期复查再次出现狭窄，或球囊扩张后狭窄立即回缩的病例以及因血管腔内操作发生肾动脉夹层的病例可放置支架成形。常用支架包括Palmaz、Wallstent和strecker支架等。
