骨盆三联截骨术通过截断耻骨上下支及髋臼上缘,使髋臼向前向外旋转,改善了对坏死股骨头的覆盖,使股骨头完全被髋臼包容,改善了头臼的匹配关系,使股骨头的“生物学塑形”在良好的髋臼内以同心圆的方式进行,从而获得最佳恢复,减少后遗畸形和骨关节炎的发生。

骨软化症骨盆
属畸形骨盆，已失去骨盆正常形态。系因缺钙、磷、维生素D以及紫外线照射不足，使成人期骨质矿化障碍，被类骨组织代替，骨质脱钙、疏松、软化。由于受躯干重力及两股骨向内上方挤压，使骶岬突向前，耻骨联合向前突出，骨盆入口平面呈凹三角形，粗隆间径及坐骨结节间径明显缩短。严重者阴道不能容2指。足月胎儿无法通过。幸而营养改善，计划生育普遍推行，此类骨盆已极少见。
