A study of the extraction process in preparing Jiannao Yizhi granule was carried out by orthogonal experimental design.
采用Ｌ９（３４）正交设计，以何首乌中的２，３，５，４′－四羟基二苯乙烯－２－ｏ－β－Ｄ葡萄糖甙含量为指标进行评分，优化健脑益智颗粒剂的提取工艺，结果表明：最佳提取条件为药料粉碎成黄豆粒大，７５％乙醇回流２次，第１次１０倍量回流２ｈ，第２次８倍量回流１ｈ。
