| 郁金(aromatic turmeric) 姜科姜黄属Curcuma L.作物，其中姜黄C.longa L.,温郁金C.wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling、莪术C.aeruginosa Roxb.,根茎均作郁金入药。多年生草本植物。分布于中国东南部至西南部。 郁金株高1.5-2m。根茎肥大，根长，末端膨大呈卵圆形至纺锤形。叶片大，呈长椭圆形。穗状花序。花期4月至6月。 喜温暖湿润气候，宜土壤肥沃，上层疏松、下层较紧密的砂质壤土，避免根式入土太深。川郁金主要有黄姜郁金、黄白姜郁金、绿姜郁金三个品种，在6月中下旬种植，一般多与玉米间作。不间作的按行株距30×25-30cm栽种，行与行间的穴错开。用根茎繁殖，大根茎可纵切成带1-2芽的小块，挖约6cm深的穴，每穴播5块，用细土或堆肥覆盖，每公顷约需根茎2.25t，生长期间施肥2-3次。温郁金有4月上旬前后种植。畦宽70-100cm，种1-2行。沟宽约30cm。沟内间作玉米。虫害有小地老虎、黄地老虎、姜弄蝶Udaspes folus等。川郁金12月中下旬至翌年3月收获，温郁金12月中下旬收获。 味辛苦、性寒，有行气、化瘀、清心解郁、利胆退黄等功效，用于胸腹胀痛、经闭、痛经、尿赤、热病神错和癫痫发狂等症。 |
