Objective The aim of our study is to explore the impact of post-transplant anti-HLA and anti-MICA antibodies on renal allograft function .
方法选取2007年1月至2009年1月在我院进行的首次肾移植患者31例,在术前、术后1个月、3个月、6个月、1年、2年为随访时间点,抽取患者静脉血,采用免疫磁珠流式液相芯片技术检测肾移植患者血清中的HLA抗体和MICA抗体,并进行特异性抗体分型。

云母族矿物的总称。商业上称作“千层纸”。主要成分是钾、镁、铝、锂等的铝硅酸盐。单斜晶系，晶体常呈假六方片状，集合体为鳞片状。颜色随成分而异，有白色、黑色、褐色、绿色。有玻璃光泽，硬度2～3，解理平行底轴面，极完全，薄片具有弹性。根据成分不同，云母分为白云母、黑云母、锂云母、金云母等。白云母、金云母有优良的耐热性、电气绝缘性及耐酸碱腐蚀性，是重要的电气绝缘材料。锂云母是提取锂盐的重要材料之一。
