合体细胞子宫内膜炎


  正常分娩、流产或葡萄胎后短期内切除子宫,病检常可见到胎盘着床部位子宫内膜、蜕膜和浅肌层有散在的合体滋养细胞或兼有少量细胞滋养细胞,其中混有不同程度的炎性细胞,称为合体细胞或滋养细胞子宫内膜炎。这是一种局部的生理反应。但需与胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤鉴别。
